How to Install Intento Translator for Zendesk Agents

  1. Please set up your account in the Console and make sure you have a production API key. If you have any questions about getting the Production API Key, you can always contact us via hello@inten.to. 
  2. Find Intento Translator in Zendesk marketplace:
  3. After installation you can open the app settings to do the following:
  • Change the title of the app
  • Insert your production API key

  • Apply Smart Routing mode

  • Switch to Auto Translate mode (this feature allows you to translate the tickets automatically as your receive them)

  • You can also set the default Zendesk app restrictions (role/group)

If you click on the Intento Translator for Agents icon, you will be able to set the preferred language:
