Installation Process

To configure Intento Machine Translation Hub:

  1. Click the All tab and scroll to Integration HubConnections & CredentialsConnections

  2. In the Connections section, click New, and create a new HTTP(s) Connection record:

  3. Fill the spaces with the following Information:

    1. Name: Intento Connection

    2. Connection Alias: x_int67_intento_ts.Intento_Machine_Translation_Hub_Alias

    3. Connection URL: https://syncwrapper.inten.to/

  4. Add your API Key Credentials to the connection:

  5. Go to Dynamic TranslationTranslator Configuration and create an Intento Configuration. As a Translate subflow, select the Translate Text option provided specifically by the Intento Machine Translation Hub application:

  6. Now that you’ve set up Dynamic Translation, follow our guides to enable translations for your Knowledge Bases, Agent Chats, Forms, and Activity Streams.
