Install Intento Translator for Zendesk Agents

To Install Intento Translator for Zendesk Agents:

  1. Set up your account in the Intento Console and make sure you have a production API key.

    If you have any questions about getting the Production API Key, you can always contact us via hello@inten.to. 

  2. Find Intento Translator in Zendesk marketplace, and install it:

  3. After installation, open the app settings to do the following:

    1. Change the title of the app

    2. Insert your production API key

    3. Apply Smart Routing mode

    4. Switch to Auto Translate mode

      Auto Translate mode allows you to translate the tickets automatically as you receive them.

  4. Set the default Zendesk app restrictions (role/group):

  5. Click on the Intento Translator for Agents icon, and set the preferred language:
