User Feedback
To fine-tune MT quality, users can send translation quality feedback using the Feedback API.
This functionality can be enabled on request. If you already have an Intento subscription, please contact us via hello@inten.to to get more information.
To get started with user feedback, log in to Intento Console and choose the Feedback tab:
You will see metadata for all entries, such as language pair, original score, updated score, current status, and source:
Add Feedback
Click on Add Feedback to see the following menu:
Here you can enter the source text you were translating, paste the results of the Machine Translation, and suggest the correct translation.
You can also rate the translation as Good, Understandable, Hardly Understandable, and Not Understandable, and leave a comment in the corresponding section.
Submit a Review
Click on any submitted feedback entry to set the Incident Status and mark the resolution as Good, Understandable, Hardly Understandable, or Not Understandable.
Hence, you will be able to navigate through the feedback list by using these filters:
Turn Feedback into Glossary Term
After you have submitted a review, add the term to a draft glossary on the same page. You need to choose the glossary, put the source and target terms, and add it:
