Role management in the organization within the Intento Console.

The Intento Console offers two primary user roles: Member and Admin. Please note that role permissions can be flexible and should be configured based on your needs and user responsibilities according to your requirements.

Here are the most common differences in access based on user roles:

Admin Role

Admins are the users within the organization with full access to platform features and management capabilities according to the number of services included in the Subscription.

Member Role

Members generally have restricted access focused on using the platform rather than managing organizational assets. However, these permissions can be customized based on client requirements.

We recommend discussing user role requirements during your implementation kickoff to ensure that permissions align with your team structure and workflows. Consider the following factors when planning your user roles:

  • Identify which team members need editing capabilities versus view-only access.

  • Determine who should manage glossaries and routing tables.

  • Establish clear guidelines for users with elevated permissions.

  • Plan regular reviews of user permissions as your organization grows.

If you need to modify user permissions after the initial setup, please contact the Customer Support Team (via the email support@inten.to or via the Help Center) to request changes.
