- Please set up your account in the Console and make sure you have a production API key. If you have any questions about getting the Production API Key, you can always contact us via hello@inten.to.
- Find Intento Translator in Zendesk marketplace:
- After installation you can open the app settings to do the following:
- Change the title of the app

Insert your production API key

Apply Smart Routing mode

Switch to Auto Translate mode (this feature allows you to translate the tickets automatically as your receive them)

You can also set the default Zendesk app restrictions (role/group)
If you click on the Intento Translator for Agents icon, you will be able to set the preferred language:
