Once you have Installed the Translator and applied all the settings according to the guide, you can open any ticket in a language that is different from the one you chose for the app. You will see that the translation has appeared as an internal note above the customer's request:
To reply to a letter, you can open either a "public reply" field or the "internal note" field and click on the icon if Intento Translator:
Once the translation is completed, you can send a reply in your customer's language:
