First of all, we are sorry to see you go!
But anyways here are the steps to have add-in removed ('cause it's not too intuitive, right?)
- Open MS Word/Excel or Outlook
- Select Insert tab of the top menu ribbon
- Click My Add-ins item
- You should see Office Add-ins window.
- Hover over Intento bar to see '...' icon in the right top corner
- Click '...' icon to see the drop-down menu
- Select Remove and confirm your choice
Intento add-in should be removed now.
