To fine-tune MT quality, users can send the translation quality feedback using the Feedback API. This functionality can be enabled per your request. If you already have an Intento subscription, please contact us via email@example.com to get more information.
You will see metadata for all entries such as language pair, original score, updated score, current status, and source:
How to add Feedback
If you click on the “Add Feedback” button, you will see the following menu:
You will be able to input the source text that you were translating, paste the results of the Machine Translation, and suggest the correct translation. You can also rate the translation as “Good”, “Understandable”, “Hardly Understandable” and “Not Understandable” and leave a comment in the corresponding section.
How to submit a review
If you click on any submitted feedback entry, you will be able to set the Incident Status and mark the resolution as “Good”, “Understandable”, “Hardly Understandable” and “Not Understandable”. Hence, you will be able to navigate through the feedback list by using these filters:
How to turn feedback into the glossary term?
After you have submitted a review, you can add the term into a draft glossary at the same page. You need to choose the glossary, put source and target term and add it.
